FASTag is an electronic toll collection system in India, It employs Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments from the prepaid or savings account linked to the vehicle owner. Its operated by the National Highway Authority of India. Fastag needs to be affixed on the vehicle’s windscreen. FASTag is presently available at 450 Toll Plazas across national highways and counting.

 From 1st December 2019 Fastag is mandatory for all vehicles, so here is how you can avail fastag for your vehicles.

1. Toll Plaza POS

Fastag can be availed from Toll plaza, there you can get fastag by submitting your KYC documents.

2. Bank (Online and Offline)

Most of the banks are now providing fastag easily, you can fastag by visiting the bank branch and submitting the documents you will get fastag. also you can submit the details through bank website.

3. Paytm

Paytm is the easiest method to get fastag through online. Each  fastag is linked to a Paytm account, this will do the instant automatic deduction of toll charges. Paytm also offer the user a cashback of 2.5% for FY – 2019-20.
